  • Processors: selected infrastructure, analytics and email providers under DPAs.
  • Retention: for the duration of cooperation and as required by law; marketing data until you withdraw consent.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
  • Transfers: if data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Terms of Service

  1. Scope. We provide consulting, implementation and training services related to AI‑assisted content and automations.
  2. Orders & Fees. Fixed one‑off setup fees per package; optional monthly support retainer. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
  3. Access. You provide timely access to accounts, data and materials needed for delivery and agree we act as your processor where applicable.
  4. Intellectual Property. After full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are licensed for your business use. Our internal tools, templates and know‑how remain ours.
  5. Confidentiality. Both parties keep non‑public information confidential. NDA available upon request and by default at onboarding.
  6. Acceptable Use. You won't use deliverables to violate laws, third‑party rights or platform policies.
  7. Warranties. Services are provided "as is"; we don't guarantee specific business outcomes. Legal/financial advice is excluded.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  9. Termination. Either party may terminate for material breach with 14‑day cure. You pay for work performed to date.
  10. Governing Law. To be specified in the order form; otherwise, default to the provider's jurisdiction.
